Here is the files to make the buttons with. One called "One_can2.jpg" will work best for printing I think. I also included the dwg, tif, and rif files which were used to create the jpg files. The one that is mostly black in a negative of the original. You probably wont want to print that one out because the large amount of ink it would do, but was curious to see how it would look. The jpg files are not that small, so allow a little time to download on a dialup connection. They are around 200k in size. Since you have a different printer, which means you have different printing software than I do, I can't exactly tell you the steps I used to print from Painter. I can tell you that you do not want to have it "scale to fit", meaning to fill the full page, but want to to print it actual size. I calculated the dpi setting and set it so it should print the proper size at full size. The little scalloped lines I put shouldnt be cut out, or so it seems after I tried a couple that way. It seems to work better if you just center the paper over the metal and bend the sides up, aligning the inner circle to line up with the sharp edge of the button insides. Don't waste a lot of ink printing it , if you cant get the size right, we can do it this week end.
